Windows 10 version 1903 versus 1809 and 1803

Although it says its an option for Windows 10 version 1809 and 1803 to update to 1903, There are the earlier version of 1703 as well. What I can say is that, those with the initial version of 1703 and 1803 should really update their version of Windows 10. Here is a pictograph for your understanding.
