We carry branded computers and network accessories such as HP, Lenovo, TP-Link, D-Link, Epson, Toshiba to name a few. Do note that we do not carry some brands as well. Please inquire within.
For laptop servicing, if the problem is on the hardware (i.e. motherboard) we can send it to our repair partners but the length of repair and services can be from 2 weeks to 3 months or more depending on the complicity of the problem and also dependent on the stock availability.
There will be an entry payment of RM 200.00 (semi-refundable) for laptop and desktop which already expired its brand's warranty.
This semi-refundable RM 200.00 will be used if needed to cover the servicing cost but additional charges may occur and the replacement of parts is a separate charge.
For refunding on units that cannot be repaired or returned unfixed, the amount dependent on the cost of transportation and services that has been charged. This 30% to 50% chances of refund option is on case to case basis.
